Israel may be forced into trading away its coastline to win back the West Bank, and give birth to a Palestinian state in the process. Psalm 83 reveals a Palestinian state will exist in the end times—a New Philistia. It may be that Israel surrenders coastal land to reclaim the West Bank, and why the territory Rome renamed “Syria Palaestina” as an insult still drives the conflict today.
