Seeking the Kingdom of God
One Sabbath at a Time!
NEW TELEGRAM CHANNEL
Getting news and other important information these days can be difficult. Between the lies of the mainstream media and the lack of comprehensive coverage by even the best news sources, keeping informed takes time and effort watching TV or using a web browser. A better way to access information quickly and easily is with the Telegram app where you can skim the headlines or link to more in-depth articles.
In addition to the main Sabbath Reflections channel where you can find Sabbath Thought articles, etc., there is a new channel dedicated to providing highlights of world news and commentary. If you haven’t already tried Telegram, I encourage you to do so. To get started, click here.

Welcome
The coming eternal Kingdom of God is the ultimate hope and desire of every Christian. That Kingdom is revealed by God through the keeping of His holydays. This includes the Sabbath, the seventh day of the week. It is a day to rest from labors and worship our Creator.
“And also I gave them My Sabbaths to be a sign between Me and them, that they might know that I am the LORD who sanctifies them.” (Ezek. 20:12).
The seventh-day Sabbath is a day for praise, honor, and thanksgiving to God and is an outward sign of those sanctified by Him. In addition to the weekly Sabbath, there is the Passover and holydays mentioned in Leviticus 23 consisting of the Days of Unleavened Bread, Pentecost (Feast of Weeks), Day of Trumpets, Day of Atonement, and the Feast of Tabernacles.
True Christians must be growing in obedience, faith, and humility toward the Father and Jesus Christ. Above all, the saints are to become agape love, which is the purpose for keeping God’s Law (1 Tim. 1:5). The Law is summarized by the two Great Commandments (Mark 12:29-31). While this physical life is filled with afflictions and sufferings, it is through Jesus Christ living in us (Gal. 2:20) that we will have victory over sin and death. Jesus Christ is The Way of Agape Love and The Life of Giving and Receiving (2 Cor. 9:6-13).
